Clear area under and above prior to technicians arrival. | |
Faucet or Sink |
Clear area under and above, if you are selecting a new fixture have it on site prior to the service call. Confirm that the purchased fixture is an approved brand. | |
Shower or Toilet |
Clear area where technicians will be working of any miscellaneous items. | |
Water Heater |
Clear area around water heater and insure a path for the technician. Please note: Water will temporarily unavailable. | |
Re-Route |
Clear area where technician has advised for removal of drywall to access pipe(s). Remove any items of great significance or value from the work area. Technician will cover the remaining area (additional cost applies). |
